Who will have the bigger day rushing: Brandon Jacobs or Marion Barber?

Barber the Barbarian will have a big day in the red zone. He may only rush for 70 or so, but he will be a big contributer in goal line situations and he will have a lot of touches and the bulk of his yards in the 6:00 minute offense when Big D is running out the clock to win.


Jacobs is a bruiser but hasn't returned to early form. He is best used as a battering ram to wear down defenses with 3 yard runs and then hand the ball to Bradshaw for a change of pace in the 4th Quarter. This finally the Lightening and Thunder that the Giants thought they were going to have with Dayne and Barber. The G men are deep at RB. Ward and Droughns injured and sitting out ain't bad as far as depth goes.


Barbers numbers will be more impressive at the end of the game. Jacobs will be more important to his team's success if the Giants execute their game plan.Who will have the bigger day rushing: Brandon Jacobs or Marion Barber?

Barber, Jacobs wont have many chances as the giants will be throwing to try and catch up.

out of the two i'd say jacobs, but i think ahmad bradshaw most likely. he was running all over that terrible Tampa Bay defense last week

Brandon Jacob fa show have you seen his numbers lately. Besides Barber is overrated with teams looking to stop TO and Romo I could run the ball for the Cowboys.

Brandon Jacobs will plow through the Dallas D. Marion Barber is a beast, but the Giants D has played well lately. I saw a lot of posts on yahoo that said Laurence Maroney was going to run all over the Giants D, but he was contained. They will do the same to Barber.
I'm going with barber he is more explosive.
