Both. I am a Barber, and do about equal amounts of men and women. A barber will give you a much more precise haircut then a beautician. Now days, barbers and beauticians go to school the same amount of time , but while barbers focus on hair alone a beautician also studies nails and massage etc. So a barber will know more about hair in general. As a barber student I studied all mens and womens cuts plus some coloring and perming, my education was focused solely on the hair and scalp of both sexes.Do more woman with short hair or long hair go to a barber shop?
to whom it concerns..it really depends on the person.. some people love short hair and other love long hair..and to tell ya..alot wears wigs,,as well.....i guess what it boils down to,, how you really like your hair, why? because short hair soots alot of folks, and then long soots others..its all about features..eye colors..color of your hair....and so on..Do more woman with short hair or long hair go to a barber shop?

I didn't know that girls went to barber shops. My brother does though. But he's not a girl.
