Who is better Tiki Barber or Shaun Alexander?

barber has around 15000+ total yards(rush and recieve) and 65+ tds, alexander has around 11000 total yards and 100 tds which could go up assuming he plays well for the next couple yearsWho is better Tiki Barber or Shaun Alexander?

By far tiki is the better player because if you look at it, Tiki was more productive with a less explosive offenses. Before Eli matured and a won the superbowl. He was playing with a sub par Eli mannings and a horrible offensive line. But he still competed at a high level. While Alexander had a excellent offensive line with Walter Jones, and Steve hutchenson. Plus he had some good receivers to take alot of pressure off of him. Plus he had Hassleback who was playing at a high level. So really all Alexander had to do is play his position. as of right now, You are seeing Alexander regress because he lost that protection and he cant stay healthy.
Tiki is the best at running is mouth
Tiki could have easily kept playing...and had a superbowl ring this last year...oops. Alexander is definatly showing signs that hes slowing down now. Hes more injury prone and cant stay healthy. Pretty soon both of them are going to be outta football. I think Tiki is in better shape to be running the ball right now. He left the game while he was still healthy even though it cost him a ring. Its too bad. He was a good back. Id give the Barber VS Alexander to Tiki.
Barber is in the Hall of Fame so i will take a shot in the dark and say Tiki
Tiki wasn't the best red-zone (ie: getting TD) guy, but he was a great all-purpose guy between the 20's. Almost like a poor-man's Marshall Faulk (no insult to Tiki though, but he's no Faulk) -- rushing %26amp; receiving, etc. Tiki was also very good longer, so I'd take Tiki.





Alexander is NOT going to play that well over the next couple years (whether he stays w/SEA or actually gets picked up if they cut him).
Alexander by far. 45 more touchdowns!? If Seattle can get a good offensive line this year, watch out! ( he wont get cut, I guarantee it)
Alexander...like common look it the stats 9400 for alexander and 10500 for tiki and tiki played 35 more games.... Yet alexander still gets 45 more touchdowns then him. I am pretty sure those 45 touchdowns won a few games for them. I personally think tiki was overrated if u cant get in the red zone u shouldnt be considered one of the best!
In their prime Alexander was better but if they were to both play next season Tiki would be better
Tiki Barber is better
they may be good rb's but i can live without either of them
Tiki Barber hands down... Shaun Alexander was nothing more than a result of a great o-line which was proven this season.
