In the Marine Corps, if your hair is longer than regulation, are you allowed to use an offbase barber?

If you're referring to boot camp, the only way to ensure you get to use an off base barber is to get your hair cut before reporting. Once you are out of bootcamp, you may use an off-base barber, as long as the haircut meets regulations as far as length and style.

Yes, a Marine can get a hair cut anywhere as long as it is within regulation length. I knew some guys in the Marines who even cut their own hair with clippers.
