I would take Jacobs simply because the Giants use the run in their offense more than the Cowboys do and Jacobs has enough power to run over most Linebackers in the league. I don't think Marion Barber III is a good starting RB anyway; he was much better as a backup playing in the 2nd half.Brandon Jacobs vs Marion Barber. With Derrick Ward gone he has more chances to get the ball. He's an overall better RB than Marion Barber, faster and stronger. He has a better offensive line and will get more yards.
Marion Barber will have to share the ball with Felix Jones and Tashard Choice so he wont have that much yards.
Brandon Jacobs. simply because Barber will be sharing carries with tashard choice and felix jones. but all three of those cowboy running backs could be worth picking up if its late in the season and your starter is injured. Felix could end up being a huge sleeper this season. 30 carries for 288 yards. averages 8.9 YPC. and is a great kick returner.
B Jacobs hands down he's overall better not 2 mention marion will have 2 share playing time with felix jones and Tashard Choice like he did last year Jacobs has his starting spot secured
