What do i ask the barber to get this guy's cut in the beginning?

See this guys hair, what do i have to ask to get it like that, not the styling but the actual cut?


Apparently is something like thin and layering, im not sure so some advice would be appreciated.

You should print off a picture of that hairstyle (alt + ctrl + 4 to take a pictures of your screen) and show it to your stylist.





Don't go to a barber! NEVER GO TO A BARBER! Go to a salon and have a stylist cut your hair, it would turn out much better.
