looks to me like its shaved back and sides with a number 2 guard, and a number 3 on top and if you want it to go really short in the neck you asked for it to be tapered in the neck which means it will have no lines in the nape of your neck.....What do I tell my barber if i want this haircut (pics included)?
when people get this haircut, they usually say ';can you line me up?'; which means that the hairline is trimmed neatly like that. but you should just bring the picture in case the barber doesn't know what you mean. it should be pretty easy to do since they have all the equipment. good luck!

You could just print off the picture and bring it to the barber.
bring in the pic. usually they can re-create the style.
