Why is that a longshot? Any hairstylist or barber wort their stripes should be able to cut a flat top, its a very, very basic haircut. I think that Roosters in Liberty Township (Princeton Road) can do them for sure, but if thats far from you, I'd check closer to home first.I know this is a long shot, is there a barber/hair stylest in Cincinnati who can do a good flattop haircut ?
